How we work
Systematic code review
No line goes to production without review by a peer. That applies to everyone, from intern to architect.
Planned, paid on-call
The on-call schedule is set one month in advance. On-call duty is paid on top of salary. A night intervention is followed by time off the next day.
Funded certifications
The company funds one certification per engineer per year, on Kubernetes, cloud or security. Preparation happens during working hours.
